Totinna – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love what you’ve ordered! If something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t worry — we’ve made the return and exchange process super easy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please make sure your items meet the following:

  • The bag must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached if applicable.

  • No deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains.

Exchange

  • Email support@Totinna.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.

  • All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive your return items, we’ll send your exchange item.

Return for Refund

  • Email support@Totinna.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. (We cannot accept returns after 30 days.)

  • You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.

  • Customers must arrange their own shipping to our return warehouse located in Belgium.

  • All return items must be in new condition; otherwise, a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.

  • Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit (whichever you prefer).

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” are heavily discounted and therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please double-check before purchasing.

Order Modification / Cancellation

  • Customers must email support@Totinna.com within 12 hours of placing the order to request any modifications or cancellations.

  • After 12 hours, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

  • Please carefully review your order confirmation and contact us within the 12-hour window if needed. All modifications and cancellations are subject to confirmation.

Defective or Wrong Product

  • Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

  • If you believe you’ve received a defective item, contact support@Totinna.com within 3 business days of receipt, and we’ll resolve it immediately.

  • If you were sent the wrong items or are missing products, email us at support@Totinna.com as soon as possible so we can fix it.

Note: We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear, wash, or damage, or does not meet the listed criteria. Items marked “Final Sale” on their product pages are not eligible for return or exchange, and no refunds will be issued.
