Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on carrier logistics and unforeseen delays in transit.

Please make sure your shipping details are 100% correct before placing your order. Totinna is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Totinna is responsible for shipping the item to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable if the package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure your delivery location is safe and secure.

If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address or wish to modify/cancel your order, please email support@totinna.com within 1 hour of placing the order, including your order number and the updated details. Once order processing begins, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
