Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

19. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement

Arbitration:

By using or purchasing Totinna products or services, you agree that any controversy, claim, action, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your access or use of our website, or any alleged violation of law, shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules.

Exclusion from Arbitration:

You may choose to pursue a claim in court and not by arbitration if you opt-out within 30 days of first purchase. To opt out, send a written notification including your name, address, and a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration, to our business address.

Class Action Waiver:

You and Totinna agree that claims may only be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
